Small delicacy – the “Marlinger wine praline”
In Marling’s wine pralines noble chocolate and unique wine and Grappa celebrate a successful union. Manufactured exclusively by Klaus Pircher with much passion at the Hotel Paradies, the top-quality chocolate melts with the Merlot by Andreas Menz of the Popphof, the Passito by Erwin Eccli of the Pardellerhof and the Grappa of the private distillery Unterthurner thus creating a distinctive tasty experience. To be enjoyed alone, in two or as a reminder of Marling!

OUR WINE EXPERTS
Mother and daughter share the same passion for wine and enology and in the last years, they have been dealing more and more with the subject.
They have learned more and more during the formation as sommelier, visits, wine tastings and talks with winemakers.
We are glad to share our knowledge with guests and to learn interesting secrets about each new vintage.
