- Deposit: We reserve the right to ask for a deposit of 30% of the total amount.
- Smoke free hotel: Please be advised that smoking is forbidden in all rooms and in all common areas. Of course you are free to smoke outdoor.
- Pets are not allowed. Thank you for your understanding.
- Check-in and check-out: On arrival your room is available from 1 pm. On departure your room has to be left within 11 am. We kindly ask you to arrive within 6 pm. Should you arrive later, please give us notice.
- Room number: Unfortunately it is not always possible to reserve a specific floor, position or room number.
Cancellation: cancellations have to be notified as soon as possible with written notice. If you cancel your stay later than 14 days before date of arrival, 100% of the reservation will be charged. We thank you for your understanding.
Payments:
We prefer cash and cheque. According to the Italian legislation, it is not possible to pay cash amounts over € 2.999,99. You can also pay by EC Card or credit card (except American Express and Diners).
