A successful start
Good morning! Start your day in a healthy way and with a rich variety of cereals, South Tyrolean natural and fruit yoghurts, homemade jams, bread and croissants from the local bakery Erb and a selection of South Tyrolean cheeses and sausages produced by the “alpine farm of the year” 2016, the Unterschweighof in the Ulten Valley. Fresh juices and a good Italian cappuccino round off the perfect morning.



Local products and fine dining: the perfect end
After an eventful day, Mr Pircher, personally will spoil you with culinary delights. Enjoy every night a wine tasting followed by a fine 4-course menu with fresh high-quality ingredients. Homemade pasta, South TYrolean specialties and show cooking: the chef himself will ensure you enjoy your meal! For our vegetarian guests we serve a vegetarian main course every day.
For a very special dinner we welcome you to our Restaurant Vinumgarten in the garden of the hotel. Its particularity: you dine in a wine barrel and can choose between 3 or 5-course menu. Enjoy an authentic Alpine-Mediterranean cuisine, combined with fine wines. Should you suffer from allergy or intolerance, please give us notice so that we can arrange for you too an unforgettable dinner.
